Night to Shine celebrated its 10th anniversary with a Gala for young people with special needs. This special event
started with Tim Tebow. Parents, high school students who acted as buddies, and lot of volunteers made the night
very special for everyone.

The day before Ash Wednesday is known as Shrove Tuesday or Mardi Gras and is also called Pancake Tuesday in Great Britan.
The tradition of making pancakes goes back to at least the 15th century as a time to use up eggs and butter before fasting
during Lent. John made cornmeal pancakes which he remembers having in his youth.

Twenty women of St. John Church gathered at the Convent of St Birgitta in Darien, Connecticut for a Lenten Retreat. It was a beautiful
day in a beautiful place for everyone to reflect on what is happening in their lives - and in the world.
